1. Information collected and where it is stored
LiveRank has no account system and no server of its own. Everything below is stored only on the user's device. None of it is transmitted to, or accessible by, the developer.

The app-private folder holding the abuse-detection records and evidence files cannot be reached by other apps, but the user can open and copy those files with a file manager on the device or by connecting it to a computer.
The developer does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, payment details, location, contacts, or photos. The app uses no advertising identifier and contains no advertising or analytics SDK.
2. When data leaves the device
LiveRank communicates with exactly one external destination: the YouTube Data API.
- Endpoint: https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/
- Sent: the API key the user entered, the search keyword, and channel/video identifiers
- Purpose: retrieving live search rankings and public channel/video statistics
- This exchange happens between the user and Google. It does not pass through any server operated by the developer.
- Google's own privacy policy also applies to that processing.
Links inside the app (YouTube Studio, Google Help, Play Store) open the device's browser or the corresponding app. These open only when the user taps them; the app sends no data by doing so.
3. Data the user chooses to export
Abuse-evidence archives (zip) and diagnosis reports (text) are handed to another app — messenger, mail, and so on — only when the user presses share and picks that app. The app never sends them on its own.
4. Retention and deletion
The values the app stores on the device (API key, channel address, keyword, comparison report, abuse-event records, evidence files) stay on the device until the user removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
- Replacing an individual value: the API key, channel address, and keyword are overwritten by replacing the stored input and saving again. A save requires all three fields to hold a value, so emptying a field and saving does not delete anything.
- Deleting everything: in Android Settings, open the application list, select LiveRank (shown on the device as '라이브 도우미 순위'), then Storage → Clear data. This removes every value the app has stored, including the evidence files.
- Uninstalling: removing the app deletes everything listed above along with it.
Two things are not removed by uninstalling the app.
- Copies of evidence files that the user passed to another app (mail, messenger, cloud storage, and so on) through the share or export function. Those copies have to be deleted in that app or service directly.
- Records that Google keeps on its own side while processing the API requests. Google's privacy policy applies to those.
5. Third-party disclosure and processors
The developer runs no server that collects or stores user information, and sells or discloses no information to any third party for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes. The developer also engages no processors.
To perform its function, however, the app sends requests to the one destination below.

These requests occur when the user runs a lookup, and the developer stores neither the requests nor the responses on any server of its own. Google's handling of the transmitted information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The destination above is the only external destination the app sends requests to.
6. Security
- All external communication uses HTTPS.
- App data is kept in the per-app storage area that Android isolates between apps.
- The app-private folder holding the evidence files cannot be reached by other apps, but the user can open it with a file manager or by connecting the device to a computer.
- Automatic backup is disabled (allowBackup=false), so stored values are not copied into external backups.

The app only checks whether PRISM Live (com.prism.live, com.prismlive.studio, com.prism.live.studio) and YouTube (com.google.android.youtube) are installed, through a <queries> declaration. The result never leaves the device.

10. Changes
If this policy changes, the change and its effective date will be posted on the app's download page.
11. Windows app (Microsoft Store)
This section applies to the LiveRank Windows app (Microsoft Store package Liverank.LiveRank). Android-specific items in sections 1–10 (Android settings, permissions, auto backup) do not apply to the Windows app; the following applies instead.
Information stored— there is no sign-up and no developer server. Everything below stays on the user's PC.

We do not collect device identifiers, names, contact details, location or payment information. There is no advertising or analytics.
Network — the Windows app communicates only with the YouTube Data API (https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/) over HTTPS and sends the same items as in sections 2 and 5 (API key, search keyword, channel and video identifiers). There is no developer server. Help links open your default browser only when you click them. "OBS 방송하기" (Start) only launches OBS Studio installed on your PC; no data is exchanged with OBS.
Evidence pack — the ZIP contains an incident summary, a draft YouTube report, a timeline, and copies of detection records and API responses with the API key masked. The app never sends this file anywhere; you attach it and submit the report on YouTube yourself.
Retention and deletion
- Raw detection records are removed automatically after 14 days and temporary files used to build evidence packs after 30 days; if the total exceeds 300 MB, the oldest files are removed first.
- The latest comparison report is deleted at the next "OBS 방송하기".
- The API key, channel address and keyword are overwritten when you save new values in Settings.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the settings and records in the app data folder.
- Not deleted by the app: (1) ZIP files in the Documents\LiveRank 증거팩 folder — delete them yourself; (2) if you used the earlier standalone EXE before the Microsoft Store version, an encrypted settings file may remain in %APPDATA%\LiveHelperWindowsObsRank — delete it yourself; (3) records Google keeps when processing API requests, which are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The Windows app does not require administrator rights.
